The Illinois River below Klondike
The Illinois River is one of those special rivers legendary among river runners for it’s unmatched scenery, blue-ish water, and stout Class IV rapids. It is only runnable in the spring months when the snow is melting in Southern Oregon. It is most famous for the Class V Green Wall rapid that most students will portage.
This is a true wilderness river with untouched campsites. It is very rare to see other parties on the river which makes the experience much better. This unique school is suited for our students with solid skills and the thirst for a real adventure!
